Instructions for reviewers

1. To submit a review, you must register:  

1.1. Fill in user data:

  • fill in first and last name;
  • in the field «organization» write the place of work;
  • select a country in the drop-down list;
  • fill in e-mail (e-mail address);
  • username (lowercase Latin letters);
  • set a password and repeat it or generate a random password.

1.2. Give consent to the collection and storage of data, tick the tabs:

  • Yes, I consent to the collection and storage of my data in accordance with the Privacy Notice;
  • Yes, I want to be notified of new posts and announcements (if necessary).

1.3. Select user roles from the dropdown list (Reviewer):

  • Reader;
  • Author;
  • Reviewer.

1.4. At the end, click the «Register» button.

2. In the personal account, the «Submitted Materials» tab appears, where in «My Affairs» a certain list of articles assigned for review will be provided. Next, using the «View» button, you need to start reviewing:

2.1. Stage «Request»:

      • agree to review;
      • click «continue».

2.2. Stage «Guidance»:

      • read the rules;
      • click «continue».

2.3. Stage «Download and review»:

      • familiarize yourself with the material;
      • answer all questions in the review form;
      • at the end of the review, select the appropriate:
        • accept for publication;
        • send for revision;
        • reject
      • if necessary, add comments to the «review discussions»;
      • select a recommendation and submit a review to complete the editing process.

You will be notified of the receipt of articles with a request for review by e-mail specified during registration.

Reviews must be submitted in a timely manner and adhere to established requirements.
